Cleansing and Detoxification
Every good health and weight loss program should begin with a cleanse.

There are many different approaches to cleansing and detoxification. The approach I recommend is a fasting and raw food cleanse. The use of products can assist greatly however in order to have the greatest experience of cleansing you will need to consider what you are putting in your body, not just what is coming out.
A raw juice cleanse is probably the best way to go because you are giving your body a break from digesting food and allowing the focus to be on eliminating toxins from the body.
If juicing alone seems too radical for you try adding some fresh, organic fruits and vegetables along with your juice. This will be a little easier and you will help to eliminate hunger pangs.
With juicing alone you won’t go hungry. Green juices made from spinach, kale, chard, celery, cucumbers and other green veggies have plenty of vital nutrients for your body and will keep your energy level up so you can continue about your daily routine if you need to. What seems like hunger is really your body’s reaction to not getting the same stuff it’s used to. After a few days of juicing alone those pangs will go away.
If you are adding raw fruit and veggies for your cleanse than you will want to eat around the juicer. It would be wise to go ahead and juice 3-5 times a day while cleansing but if you must eat, have the fruit and veggies to curb your appetite.
Drink plenty of pure, fresh water while cleansing. This is vitally important! There is a lot of sludge being broken up and it must be flushed from the colon.
Finally I recommend you take some type of cleansing aide to assist with breaking up the toxic debris in the colon and its elimination from the body.
While cleansing it is important to get plenty of rest, fresh air and mild exercise such as walking or Yoga. Also don’t forget to breathe. Long deep breaths will also help the body to eliminate toxins as well as toxic emotions.
