About Health Inspirations

Health Inspirations was founded in the year 2000 by Kaleah LaRoche to provide an Online environment for health and wellness.

Kaleah was Certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist 1988 and founded the Northwest Counseling and Hypnotherapy Center in Washington State. she spent years focusing on helping people with Obesity, Eating Disorders, Smoking, Drug Addiction and Depression.

Kaleah is also a Holistic Counselor working with clients to help them change their lifestyle, let go of addictions and overcome abuse.

Kaleah also uses her intuitive abilities to help pinpoint issues holding her clients back from their goals. These intuitive abilities often pinpoint where one's lifeforce energy is stuck in his/her life.

Also an accomplished musician Kaleah recently decided to focus on creating downloadable hypnosis programs that people can listen to from the comfort of their home. These program's are also available on CD. She will be producing a minimum of one new program a month so get signed up on the Health Inspirations Newsletter and receive your first download free.
